About Jory Dayne
My name is Jory Dayne. I was born in Utah, but grew up in Arizona, subsequently pulling stints in Germany, Hawaii, and Idaho — finally settling in Salt Lake City. In addition to my freelance practice, I've been working as the Lead Designer in Marketing & Communications at Utah Valley University for the last three years.
I have spent the majority of my career designing for print and creating dynamic, comprehensive marketing campaigns, answering to both a client base consisting of some of the most influential leaders in the state, with an audience of insatiable, progressive young adults.
I prefer working for good people who answer to their audience. Professionally, my primary interests are community stewardship, sustainable living, and social justice; my secondary, personal interests are blackletter, Hermetic esoterica, and '80s cartoons. If you're a client whose potential project involves all six: call me, I will probably work with you for free.
My freelance studio consists of myself, a rotating crew of talented guns, and a small, bossy dachshund named Hexl. I am currently available for hire on projects both large and small.

I prefer to be contacted via email at jory@jorydayne.net, although you could probably reach me on Twitter as well.
In addition to my work here, I curate a growing showcase of black and white artwork of a certain steez at The Major Arcana.
And finally, I often post process shots and experimental work on my flickr account, and keep a general blog at jorydayne.net.
